How to change site name in email address "From"?

Whenever any email is received from the site, site's title gets displayed with the email address.

Ex: From: [Site title]admin@yoursite.com

How to change that? Thanks in advance.

the from in the messages out site sends is blank....perhaps someone could address that here as well....

i am not sure. but try this...

go to admin panel >> sttings >> email templates. and change whatsever email template you wish to change.
