How to create public video categories where users upload their videos?

Hi guys,

I would like to create a few video categories on my dolphin community where users can upload their videos.

E.g. I would have FOOD category and WINE category.  I want my users to be able to post in FOOD when they have a food related video to share and the same with the WINE category.  The mission is to create some shared video repositories and organise them by categories.

How can I do that?

From what I can tell, that's the purpose of 'Categories', but it seems you want global albums.  If you're this focused on video, may I ask how you worked around quality problems?

Which quality problems?  As far as I can see, when I embed videos the quality is fine
