How to disable Captcha

I am testing 7.2b locally. How can I disable Captcha, or make it non-mandatory so I can add a few additional profiles?

Go to Admin Panel > Builders > Profile Fields and move Captcha off the active area of the page. 

Thanks ,  I thought I had tried that unsuccessfully, maybe it was in an earlier version.  This worked for me after I went to Advanced Settings and checked  Moderation > Auto-confirm profile without confirmation email
