How to make a user a admin

I really need to know how I can make another user an admin. I can't work on this site alone so please tell me.

Use phpmyadmin and change their "role" to "3". If you don't feel comfortable going into the database you can use this free mod by Deano also:

How do I go to PHP my Admin the Deano Tools doesn't work.

Login to cpanel:

scroll down

click phpmyadmin

now in phpmyadmin :

open dolphin database

open profiles table

edit the user you want to make admin

than change his role from 1 to 3

click "go"

clear cache

Done

Deanos tools should work. Ive had it running fine on most version of dolphin so far.
