Install Problem

I just installed the free version of Dolphin 6.1.1 everything as gone smooth until the Ray install , problem is - the menu button after click does nothing just sits on the "javascript:void(0);" link without any response.  Is there java missing somewhere or something I have wrong here or is the Url for the Java code broken in some way?

Try using firefox browser.
