Lang compiles in groups but not in Forums

When trying to compile the lang file (en or any other) in Orca, get the standard compile error - check permissions.  Lang file compiles within groups just fine though.  Triple checked permissions of file and directory.  Even checked the .htaccess and php.ini files.  Any ideas out there?

Which Dolphin Version? Also in the D6.1.4 Patch it fixed some ORCA compile issues...LMK

I am using 6.1 - I do not want to install the patch until there is a major update - I have multiple mods installed and this would require updating all of them.

Just to clarify I am using 6.1.1 - anyone have any idea?????? PLEASE????
