Links from one article to another

Dolphin 7.1.6 Site and Mobile apps

I have 5 articles.

The articles have links to each other.

Article 1 has links pointing to Article 2 and Article 3 etc...

On the website it's fine.

Problem: In the mobile app, clicking the link opens up the other article in a browser window instead of opening the article as part of an app.

Any suggestion (even completely nonsensical suggestions) will be appreciated.

I have kept the question to the basic issue, but I have a much more complicated issue that spans across multiple custom modules for mobile app and the site.

That's why any and all suggestions are totally welcome.
One of the  suggestions might lead towards a feasible solution.

Article page for the mobile app has different URL, for example:

http://demo.boonex.com/m/articles/view/KEEP-THE-OCEAN-CLEAN

and 

http://demo.boonex.com/m/articles/mobile_entry/2

Also it should open in the same window, unless it has "#blank" at the end of URL, also check if the link target isn't blank too.
