Looking for hosting service outside U.S.

Hey looked around the hosting forum but couldn't find much info on this. Anybody have any recommendations for knowledgeable Dolphin hosting at reasonable price outside of U.S.?

Contact the guys at "Happy Hosting". Good support and excellent service. Not sure they have servers outside of US. I suppose they have.

I checked out their website, but many of the pages weren't working, which I took as not a good sign of reliability. Do you use these guys?
