 We had some server problems, long story short the permissions had to be reset.
Ever since we have lost "Profiles" everything else appears fine.
when clicking on anyones profile we get

This sounds like a permalinks issue. Does your site allow mod_rewrite? If not you can login to admin and click settings and click PERMALINKS and deselect all check boxes and then go to the BUILDERS menu and remove a menu item and add it back. Log out of admin and check your site. Hope that helps.
