Mail sent as nobody

I am getting mail delivery failure stating the following:

"Mail sent by user nobody being discarded due to sender restrictions in WHM->Tweak Settings"

Since I do not have access to these settings is there a way to modify Dolphin so it does not send notifications as "nobody."
