Making a 2nd feature section

I Am looking for help adding a new feature section 2 I will have  two on the homepage    if some one can give me steps that would help thanks

Feature section 2 ??? Of what?

Another featured section for Photos, videos, music, etc..???? need to be more specific.

Feature Members / I have feature artist but I need a feature model section as well
