Manage toolbar at the bottom

Hi Where can I find the files for the user toolbar at the bottom of the page. I want to add a text in between the blank space. Tks!

You can edit the member menu from administration, builders, member menu.

Edit: Ah, you want to add text. That doesn't seem to be doable from the available options and will require some digging. Digs.
