Members/users upload images in Orca

Hello,

I'm trying to upload an images into Orca forum(on my own site) as a member/user and I can't seem to figur out how that's done.

This is on my own site and not on unity blog or on boonex forum.

As a member/user I clicked the "insert image" icon and then its asking me for a url, but the image is on the C:\ drive.

how does a member/user brows through there PC to select the image to upload into orca?

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Pictures have to somewhere on the net.... there is no upload only linking
