ich möchte gern eine Seite einrichten, auf der die Mitgliedschaft erklärt ist und auf der man dann auswählen kann, welchen Level man bucht.

Kann mir jemand diesbezüglich Tipps geben?

If you are talking about the site's membership, then you can put in a description for each membership level.  Also, members can click and see what actions are available for those memberships.

There are a couple of different modules in the market to handle this.  However, please ask the developers questions because the modules work in different ways so be sure they module is what you want.
