I'm having problem with the menu builder, in admin, when I arrange the
blocks to how I want it to be, they do not change on the site...I
alsoget this message:
"<b>Warning!</b> Cannot
evaluate Menu Cache file
(/home/jibstar/domains/mysite.com/public_html/inc/db_cached/MenuContent.inc).OK"
I don't know what the problem is with that file.

Try it with the most recent FireFox browser... looks like some javascript problem, FF3 fixed it for me...
