Moderate profile photos

How do I turn on profile photo moderation in Dolphin 6.1? Also, how do I remove an inappropriate profile photo if moderation is not enabled? I need to remove another member's profile photo. Is there a way for the admin user to "login"or access as another member to help manage, or clean up, a profile?

To enable image moderation, login as admin, then click settings > moderation settings.

now uncheck "Automatic photo activation after uploading".

To view or edit parts of your users profiles, click Users, then members, and simply search for the member you want to edit the details of.

Thanks Yamthief. I didn't notice that the number in the Photos column in the user list was a link. That did it.
