Mods/Extentions

If I undertsand correctly, we need to re-install our mods should we upgrade our site . eg from v6.0 to 6.1. But what would happen to our site if the authors of the mods are no longer exist or we just couldn't find them anymore?

There are quite a number of great mods, but I'm a bit worried of the after sales service.

if youre heavily modded stay where you are. 90% are not compatible...and you will have to rebuy since the code is so new

hmm..if that's the case I think it's better for Boonex to integrate those great mods into their current software...
