Multiple Domains and RMS

Recently I mapped my site to point to a different domain name. So instead of something like www.genericdomain.com/dolphininstall/ it's now www.dolphininstall.com

However, when I did this, all of the features on the RMS stopped working.. The two major ones being the Boards and the Chat Room! I don't know much about the RMS (documentation please!). But when I disabled it, the Chat and Boards worked fine. However doing this slowed my site down so much, it took me more then 15minutes to disable it and get through all the 500 and 404 errors the site was throwing at me.

I asked DolphinGeeks to check it out and they told me I have more than one instance of Ray Media Server installed on my server. So I went to Arvixe, who could only find one instance, but then informed me about an "access list" that the new URL would have to be added to.. however it still didn't solve the issue. I didn't even know about access lists till now (I think that really should be noted somewhere, I can't find it anywhere)..

One of my biggest issues, besides for the RMS not working on my Dedicated Server, is that I don't fully understand the RMS and exactly what it is. Is there any documentation on this at all?  I want to know more about it, but I need to find out where to get the info. My current understanding of it is that it's another server that the Ray Media package runs on. However I now find that this is wrong, which just drives the issue that Dolphin is not for a beginner like myself. While I'm happy to be learning a lot, I find myself in one too many crash courses

Currently, my Chat, Boards, still aren't working.. The Players work, music and video..

Anyone have any thoughts..

Attached is my chat with Arvixe..  name, user name, password and urls are blurred out..
