My site being develop is for free. I am getting below meassages when I assume as a standard member:
" Your current membership (Standard) doesn't allow you to view profiles. "

You can configure membership levels and their permissions in administration, settings, membership levels. Edit the standard membership level and check to allow the viewing of profiles (and anything else you want, but note that the delete options for content is global, and is more for moderators than regular members).
