Need minor mod $70 Reward

Hello. I have posted this post before, but no one helped me out, so now I am giving away a reward ;) I know it isn't much, but that is all I can give you at the moment. Besides the modification is not big

Okay here is the plan: I want to modify browse.php (view members page) file so it would look like this:

by adding these lines to browse.php:

require_once( BX_DIRECTORY_PATH_ROOT . "ads.php" );
$new_ads_block = DesignBoxContent ( Adverts, $banner_250_300, 1);
return $ret . $new_ads_block;

I want these three (preffered three) blocks for my ads and one modification I made. I would like that those blocks would get php code from some file (ex like I showed file1.php or so).

Okay I am rising the reward to 100$, but that is all I can give. I don't have much money now, have to pay for studies. If I could I would get a freelancer, but they are very expensive, and I think you know dolphin better then them.
