No menu on Smartphon

I have my Facebook Animated Template (5 colors) - bought Dolphin V 7.2. The template works very well but unfortunately not on the smartphone. One can not button or menu on the smartphone click. Can anyone help me further?

Have you checked out the demo version of that template on your smartphone to see if it works there?

What I noticed is that the blue elise is much greater than in the demo

you have contacted the developer? or have written in the support forum of the template that you bought?

Unfortunately, I have received from developers no answer.I have the problem with other templates
