Not Registered

I am currently seeing my site successfully. But then it says, Not registered on the chat and other items.

I am registered for lincences on this site. But in the tables it is showing, Not registered?
What could this mean? Have the codes not went through? Is this a free product?

You have to generate license from here and apply it to your dolphin site. Goto admin panel->plugin->Ray to add license

I've tried so many times.. Theres also a star at the end of my licences, I try including them to but both ways do not work.

What should the base settings be?

Male sure you are using the correct version.

If it persists goto

ray/modules/xxxx/xml/*.xml

Delete the above files and upload from a new pack. and then enter the license.

This is also not working either.

Hmm. Is there a way to config those .xml files in the;
*ray\modules\NameOfModules\xml*
Folders/files into putting my key into them instead of the "Macromedia Flash Way".

But there must be something wrong with these modules if I registered the orca forums and the Dolphin "Free" correctly.
