Hi everyone,
I was using Ray ads free for the past few years and just recently my licenses ran out. I had to switch to ray with ads for about a week. Everything was running smoothly with the ads in place. I then upgraded to the ads free version today. I deleted the ray from my server via FTP. This too went just fine. I then proceeded to upload the new ads free version. The upload went just fine. I then ran the install for ray. That too went just fine. When I went into my admin and clicked on my ray suites it now says that it is not installed. I have also cleared my cache every time. I have now deleted and reinstalled the Ray ads free 3 times now and every time it all goes perfect but it still says that its not installed. Can someone please help me out here? Thanks in advance.
