Orca Forums showing titles as [L[Manage Forum]]

Our Orca Forums show the titles as [L[Manage Forum]] and [L[Forums]] for example. How can I get them appearing as they should? Thanks!

Are you using a custom template?

I have the same problem, do NOT have a custom template, and have tried recompiling. This is all a new installation.

All to no avail.

Any ideas?
