Page access control + Orca problem

Haia,

I'm new to Dolphin. Sorry for my poor english. I want to use Page access control for specific forum in Orca. When I enter the url in Page Access Control I can still access the forumpage as a guest. Anybody any idea what i'm doing wrong? Thank you!

I did search in this forum & google. I can't find the answer. It seems to work for other pages, just not for the forum part.
