Pages Not Appearing on Nav Menu

Newly created pages not appearing in the Navigation Menu/Menu Builder so I cannot add them to the Navigation menu. This is the first time I have tried to add newly created pages to the navigation menu since the upgrade to 7.0.1.

Any idea why?

You have to add a new menu item into the active area and edit it with the new page information. It is not added automatically.
