Pay_Pal and Dolphin

I need a programmer who understands the ins and outs of Dolphin and can integrate pay_pal.  Yes I have the online store working and yes pay_Pal works.  I need custom scripting done to make turn on and turn off features based on the time period.  It would be very close to the subscriptions used to join Dolphin BUT BUT BUT is not the same and needs custom scripting if you are interested I need this done yesterday.  I HAVE TRIED EVERY OPTION AVAILABLE TO MY FEABLE MIND>>>>>
