Primary Profile Photo

Have looked through a variety of posts and can't seem to find an answer that works . . . Want for the first picture my members upload to be held as their primary photo, unless they manually change it.

How can I do this?

Has anyone else run into this problem?

I would love for all of my users to post photos- and many are in the gallery- but I want the first picture they upload to be held as their default profile photo.  Can this be adjusted in the settings?

first uploaded picture to member gallery become thumb of this member (default image) - this is standart functional, and haven`t any settings.  If not - recheck - are you setup any scripts etc that break functional ?

It could be a next item to improve in a new version: to have a function to upload the profile photo in the join form, as it is in the 99% of other scripts. In my case, first image uploaded was not defaulted, I had to 'make it primary' after searching a lot in forums and docummentation
