Problem updating the Links Page

I bought an adfree dolphin site, is there a way to actually modify the content of the "Links page" on the header and footer. Because every time I go to the Language Settings page and search for the "Links" page it doesn't come up? I can find all other pages, about, contact, terms, policy, but can't find the Links page to save my life.

Any help will be appreciated.

In your Admin Panel, click on Tools --> Links Page.

After setting up one site...I like you was searching in the Language Files and couldn't come up with Links.

So...a search brought up your topic and VOILA...
