Problem with photo upload form

Hi guys! Happy to see you again! I have a problem... look I just installed dolphin and observed when smb register and wants to upload its photo... the upload form is not like it should be.. look : http://s60.radikal.ru/i167/0901/e2/b49eb9c4184b.jpg the user cannot asign the uploaded photo as a profile one... and smth changed. please help me.... waiting response.
