Profile Types?

How do you change the profile types? I'm sure not everyone wants to run a dating service, how do you change Single/Couple to Parent/Survivor?

It will be here Admin panel -> settings -> lang file

This will just change the words and display the new.

Ok got a new one....how come when I make multiple profile types....it has an underscore in the options on the join page?

I've changed the profile types via the language file, but I would love to add more than two profile types.  How do I do that?

Admin --> Builders --> Form Builders to add different profile types, etc. 

Thanks for the reply.  I tried to create a new profile type how you described, but what "type" is it: text, etc.?  I noticed the couple profile has "system" type, but I'm not given that option.

That all depends on whether you want a drop down list, check boxes, or.... Blocks are very customizeable.?
