Profile blocking

When a user blocks another user.... is there anyway of stopping them from viewing their profiles altogether.....

The blocks only seem to work for messages etc......

i agree.. blocking that person shouldn't allow him/her see the profile at all. ALSO this person shouldn't see all of his/her photos, videos, blogs, events, etc etc.   When you block someone, it means you DON"T want him/her to get involved.  Period.  This way everyone can have peace of mind. I think Modzzz made this for dolphin 6 before.  I asked him to remake it for 7 but he hasn't responded yet.  :(

I seriously think this would be a good mod if boonex isn't going to fix this.  Please bug modzzz if any of you guys like this idea. I would buy it. :D

Yes this definitely is a must have option especially for the site I am slowly setting up.

If Modzz does read this thread or any other developer..... I will be buying such must have mod....

We all know that Boonex's block system sucks!  This is what I'd like to see.

1. when a member clicks a block button, that blocked person SHOULD NOT see his/her full profile.... videos... photos... events... groups.... sounds... etc etc. And of course, that person can't email or greet. Think about it.  If you block him/her and if he/she gets mad.. he/she will go to your photo or video page and say crap about you.  it will go on and on and on.  It's best to block ALL.

2.  if he/she unblocks that person, it will unblock ALL and back to normal

That's all i ask for.  It sucks that we can't make a block list in Privacy Settings.  There is NO WAY you can stop ONE person from viewing your stuff (videos, photos, events.. etc etc).  The only way you can stop this is to create a new privacy group and pick members who can see your stuff but it sucks that we can't STAY public and remove ONE person.  :S  Does anyone understand what i'm saying here?  It's a pain.

Modzzz, if you read this, please let us know if you are willing to re-write this for 7.  I"m dying to buy one.  :)  If a no, what about you boonex!!??  :/

OR... maybe this is better....  After you block someone, he/she can't comment any of your videos... photos.. etc etc.  blocking the view may not work because guests can view them. What you think?

Yes it's a good idea! We will think about add this in 7.1

Okay great!! and when 7.1 will be out.  ha I guess i have to wait.  but yes it would be GREAT if boonex could add this to 7.1.  Thanks for reading.
