Profile video and music not enabled

Whenever I try to upoad a PROFILE music or video, I get this error message

"not registerd" error message.

how can I fix this?

"not registerd" mean that your widget (Ray) not registered

you should register it

All my other Ray widgets work well.

Where and how do I register this particular widget (profile music/video upload)?
