Quick Search

Hiyaaa everyone ^^

I was wondering, does any1 know how to change the Quick Search? on the frount page

[ I tried, Builders, Flied Editor, Search, and Quick, but it didnt work =/]

like in the Search,

thre will be Name, Surname, etc

or even better a Search Bar.
