RAY DESKTOP question

I'm having a problem with getting Ray Desktop to work.

I installed Ray Desktop 3.5.  I'm using Dolphin 6.1.6.

The installation settings I entered:
Version: 3.5
Build: 0000
URL: http://mydomain/ray/
Caption: myname

In Dolphin Admin, Plugins, Ray Suite, Desktop, Settings:

Your domain name: Mywebsite
Your site join page: join.php
Your site mailbox page: mail.php
Your site compose mail page: compose.php
Your site message page: chat.php
Your site any other page: event.php
Your site any other second page: games.php

The Ray Desktop installation .exe file is at:

http://mydomain.com/ray/modules/desktop/app/Agent_v3.5.0000.exe

THE PROBLEM:

When installing the Ray Desktop widget to PC, after an attempt to connect, I get the message:

"Incorrect Widgets Code"

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT CAUSES THIS ERROR MESSAGE?

and no one is answering

You have gotten further with this item than anyone else I have heard of ever getting.

try removing the /ray part from the end of the url

I was able to install without any problems, however the challenge i am having is that after opening it, it just hangs on the window that says "Checking for skins updates" any body ever resolved this? How can disable updates or in short have it work?

any help please????
