I think you may be missing the point here, you really dont want to be breaking copyright when its so blatant, somebody will always end up reporting you anyway (some people are just like that). Id suggest trying to find another feed really. you really do have to be careful with this since that digital millennium copyright act, because not only are you legally responsible for the stuff you put on your site, but you are responsible for what people who use your site put on too.
