I have brought a new machine to run the dolphin/ray suite. I am using FreeBSD 7.04 and am able to get the rms to work when I do sh ./ray.sh but cannot get it to run with I try to run the daeman. I do not see any errors when I run the ray.sh file.

I am using the same version of SDK and JRE in the same tree as the RMS. The file paths and version are identical to my other machine, so I am really confused as to why it is not starting they way it should.

any Ideas as to what the problem could be?

The only error I see is this:
[RAY notification] Application started Global Server
[RAY notification - BxRequestService.getResponse] Unknown error.
[RAY notification - BxRequestService.getResponse] Unknown error.

But the while I have the ray.sh running, I can use Ray. I am not getting the appropriate response when I start the daemon either, so I am a bit confuised as to what to do from there.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
