I'm using Ray Chat with Dolphin. When I enter the chat lobby, I can type messages to the rest of the users in the lobby and see their responses. However, if I leave the Chat room by going into a Dolphin page like the Photo Gallery, then come back to Chat, the dialog history is gone. The same members are still in the room, but the chat history is wiped from the chat window.
Can anyone tell me if this is the typical behavior of the chat window or is there some way to modify this behavior? I'm using Firefox 3.0.3 for Mac and the Flash 9 Player. Also, is there a setting within Dolphin/Ray that determines how long a user needs to be inactive before they are considered "offline"? It seems that the default timer is relatively short.
