Ray Desktop: instant messenger is blank

Hello, I have the latet version of Dolphin and Ray on ad-free licence

When a member clicks on the instant messenger on the desktop;

It sayings 'loading' and then a blank page appears.

any help?

hey is your chat going blank also? cuz mine just stays blank for hours. nothing loads.. same with the IM.. it will load, and then the interface will show and a few seconds later it will say the widget is undefined..

With me it only appears to have an Issue with instant messenger on desktop only. Everything else is fine

I think expert(zzzz)s are sleeping...

Yeah its happening with me too! The widgets load up and then they are 'unregistered'. I've registered them. Can somebody help?
