I'm not sure the proper way to ask this, and make sure I scoured the forums to the best of my ability before posting this.
When you first launch the web site the "promo" images appear. I would like to reclaim that space and move the
Avitar Hello <member> up to where the band below the menus ends on the bottom.
In the image I have attached, I am trying to illustrate taking the redbox area out and moving the Avatar Hello <member> up.
Removing the images does not reclaim the space.
This space is also reclaimed once you log on.
