 I installed the Ads module, then decided to disable it. I got a database error and was not able to disable it. today when I logged in I see that it is disabled in the admin, but I still see the link in the stats box, How can I disable it, remove it or take the link out of the stats box?

After further review, I see that the ads module is still installed in the admin at tools>modules. I tried to uninstall it and got a Database query error. I then got an email that said the database was missing, the table bx_wall_handlers. I looked at the database and it wqas indeed missing. I looked at the files I downloaded and it was not included there either. Where do I get this database table?
