Shopping Cart Issues - Help?

I have 2 ISSUES with the Shopping Cart:

1.  The BOTTOM Menubar Shopping Cart Icon - How do I direct when icon is clicked on to the m/payment/cart/ page???

2.  When processing out through PayPal, the member name always says ADMINISTRATION.  - How do I get it to say the Member's Name instead?

And for the 1st one, if you click on the Title:

partaload do you have instructions on how to do what your image/photo displays.

I would really like for my users to be directed to the m/payment/cart/ page when they click on the BOTTOM Menubar Shopping Cart Icon.

Help?

In the language file make the following edit:

Find:  _payment_tbar_item_caption

Change to "Click HERE to checkout"

This will change the text in the area circled.
