Hi
I have reinstalled the simple messenger module and made sure that the membership levels have the right to use it but I still can't see the chat box on the action box or on their profiles? I don't have the messenger module installed as I just want the users to have the chatbox only.
I've tried clearing the cache on both the site and the browser and the user I'm trying to test this on is definitely online (it's myself as another member in another browser).
Has anyone got any suggestions please?
