Site not accessible

Hi all,

I installed Dolphin-v.6.1.4-Free and followed the instructions exactly. I'm not able to access the admin login page, nothing at all is returned when I navigate to that url. In addition, the cron script set up for notifications is returning the following: Could not open input file: /mnt/target03/366442/www.debtfreeclub.org/usr/bin/php

I am on could hosting. I'm thinking that maybe there's some peculiarity with the setup in my situation that I need to address. I'm on Mosso, which is a subsidiary of Rackspace I believe.

Any help would be really appreciated.

2) The path to the php executable seems to be incorrect. You need to clarify that with your hosting provider.
