Tags Font Size

Does anyone know why the tags font sizes are different?  For example, It looks like this

music Video Eric Clapton plays the drums

The more a particular Tag is used to identify something, it increases in font size to differentiate it from the others. It is designed to draw attention to tags that are being used more often as a means to help other users locate the content and to point folks towards current points of interest.
