You can also change the worlds directly in your database ( i think in sys_localization_strings) or with the admin panel in dolphin (settings / language settings).

When I had my problem with é è â ... I download the table sys_localization_strings (make a backup before), rename the original one to sys_localization_stringsBAK in my database,

change all the wrong words with notepad++ and import the new file in my database.

I use Notepad++ to change the language file and check that the file is in UTF8 encoded.

It is very easy with the replace function of notepad++ to change all your S.. hm to Search etc...

Otherwise you can also try to convert your caratere in Html.

(for exemple for french I put the Html table under)

I don't know for Norvegian, but you should find easly in google.

You have to compile your language with the admin panel in Dolphin, If you just upload your files with FTP, after every change, you will go back to the old
