Unable to get back into Admin

I am unable to get back into the admin panel, simply goes to page can not be displayed, have made no changes to script which would cause this, plus the feedback button and contact buttons are grayed out so I guess this is two problems I am asking about

That page loads for me. Are you getting errors after giving the password? If so send me your admin login. I can check it.
