Weird Photo Block just appears in 3 column

OK I decided to try out 3 columns in profiles on my site. Looks cool I like it.

2 problems.....

1) In the 3rd column (new column I just added) at the top there is a block called "Photos". I can't remove it because in the page builder it doesn't exist!

2) Now that I have 3 columns the right column pushes down to the bottom of the page in IE6.

Is there a solution for this already because I couldn't find anything searching the forums.

Nevermind this is just another confirmed BUG in Dolphin 6.1.1 BETA.

This another bug that didn't get fixed in 6.1.3 BETA?

OK I guess no answers for this. I'll do a test install and get back to you guys with my findings.

PS all changes about fixing coupled images at third column are fixed in 6.1.3
