Weird SCREWED UP TABS on dolphin homepage?

Hi everyone. Today I noticed on our homepage (sure it's been like that all along) that the tabs on one of our blocks are pretty screwed up. Can't even make out what it says there, it's just ugly and weird. Any ideas for a fix? Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about.

page too thin, there are more options. you can widen page, move block to other side so these "dbtopmenu" can fit or remove some from bxbaseindex.php
