Which way is better to make site Live

hi guys i have almost complete all the necassary change to dolphin 6.1.2 now question arise how to make site live..i mean which way it would be better...firstly develop some content so that new users could chk something or staright way make site live and leave it to user to make data and do some sort of activitiies

Dont expect users will add content in an empty site. They are way too lazy.

You must:

1- populate site whit basic news/articles

2- ask friends and parents and whatever to join and upload some random content like music, video, pics and so on

3- after this, if there is still some site section empty, just hide it from the homepage, much better to add it later on a solid user base like "wow new awesome feature, check it out!". of course you must do it to forum, better hide it than have it empty

4- goto 1

Add content, populate, add a new feature previously hidden because empty, and repeat x times.

Add many useful contents to attract users.

Promote your site with marketting programs.
